By accessing or using Normies Canvas, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use Canvas.
All normie customizations made through Canvas are created entirely by individual users. The Normies team does not create, curate, review, approve, endorse, or moderate any content produced through Canvas. Each creator is solely responsible for the content they produce.
The Canvas smart contracts are deployed on the Ethereum blockchain and operate autonomously and permissionlessly. Once deployed, the Normies team has no ability to intervene in, modify, reverse, censor, or otherwise control any action taken through these contracts. Any user who meets the on-chain requirements can interact with the contracts without approval from, or involvement of, the Normies team.
All Canvas edits are permanently and immutably stored on the Ethereum blockchain. Once submitted, content cannot be removed, modified, hidden, or censored by anyone, including the Normies team. Users should understand that any content they create through Canvas will exist on-chain indefinitely.
Due to the permissionless and immutable nature of the underlying smart contracts, the Normies team has no technical capability to moderate, filter, remove, or restrict any content created through Canvas. The team has no prior knowledge of what content users will create and no ability to prevent any particular content from being stored on-chain.
The Normies team is not responsible or liable for any content created by users through Canvas. All responsibility for user-generated content, including but not limited to its legality, appropriateness, and any consequences arising from its creation or existence, rests solely with the individual creator.
By using Canvas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You accept full responsibility for any content you create and acknowledge that such content will be permanently stored on the blockchain beyond the control of the Normies team.
